Turk is a graduate of The College of William & Mary, Williamsburg, VA, where he earned a Degree in Russian History. After college he served 4 years in the armed services as an Army Ranger and achieved the rank of First Lieutenant. Later he served as the CEO of Kaadan Ltd, a manufacturing company, before beginning his counseling/psychotherapy career. Now with over twenty years experience in corporate and dual diagnosis counseling, and an active private dual diagnosis mental health addictions practice specializing in Gestalt and experiential therapy, Turk has amassed an impressive array of licenses, certifications and advanced training including;
